To home buyers: Purchasing a new home from this company would be one of the biggest mistake you'll ever do. They will cheat you with the builders incentive. They have many flaws with the building by the lack of attention to detail. They will get upset when you point things out to fix. they Do Not take care of the buyers needs and questions after close of escrow- you are on your own! The Crafstmanship is poor especially with the interior walls and paint. You'll also notice the exterior paint is not precised in terms of eveness on transition with other surfaces. There are plenty of overspray. Further, the materials used are cheap and inadequate - such as a sticking sliding screen door. Read the fine print and don't ever believe on what their sales agent say during signing the purchase contract. And after reading this, you still decide to buy from these people, be prepared to bend over because they will give it to you in every which way - they want everything to go their from preferred lender to title company/escrow. You just simply have NO choice! Good Luck...
