I had 3 supervisors overseeing the job (first two were fired and last one did not know a lot about building) I caught numerous errors and had to keep a constant eye and write down everything I saw that was wrong. The workmanship was poor I have bowed walls, uneven floors, basement walls and floor is cracking all over the place, basement leaks, under the doors leak, wind was coming in the windows from poor installation. I have pages of things that was wrong during the building stage and after. They charge a 100% or more markup on items and use cheap items. I contracted someone else to put in my floors. Bought my own appliances as theirs were cheap but they do not make much of an allowance in price when you do that. I have changed out a lot of the lights, bathroom towel rods and etc, they use a cheap grade of paint that washes off when you try to clean the wall Because I am a woman they thought that I would not know anything about building.
