Very nice, but...

We were very dismayed at how long the home took to complete; we were promised a deadline twice and twice were let down. The follow-up to repairs/corrections was not timely, and we had to continue to call. The builder is very courteous and kind, but does not have good attention to detail. His sub-contractors were not as "excellent" as he portrayed them -- many small errors and damages to correct.
