We purchased a house from them that was done except for painting, flooring, cabinents, and septic system. It's been over a year and we are still not finished. There is a clause in our contract that they will pay the interest on the construction loan after 6 months, they of course decided they weren't going to be doing that. They disregarded the blue prints for the master bathroom without our approval. The driveway pad that they poured isn't right. They didn't compact the sand enough and it's sagging. They also did not back fill properly for months after the pad was pured causing a lot of the sand to wash away. The pad they poured for the air conditioner isn't complete. It's supposed to be 3ft by 3ft but there is a 1.5ft by 1.5ft hole in the center. Most things in the house are fine though and it's a well framed house. Most of my issues are with the builders and not with the work, there are flaws in everyhome but the aformentioned items are the worst parts of the home.
