Had never come back and fixed things that are broken and we noticed when we moved in. They just want your money and forget about you when you have closed. They were not even courteous enough to show up at the closing. They came the next day and then sprung a 500.00 bill on us after we had closed. Did not hook up garbage disposal or put on door nobs. We ended up fixing everything. They don't know how to use a framing square because there are no straight walls in the house. Beware, if you want to build in Seymour, use Pickens & Sons.
