After living in our house for 15 months, our builder still has not even attempted to come and look at and/or repair any of our 11 month walk-through items. The builder's wife (who is also the realtor representing him) was very unfriendly and unprofessional. The builder himself seemed eager to make things right although now he is not too eager to come and fix anything listed on our 11 mo. walk-through list. The finishing work in the house is very poorly done. Overall, I would be very leary when deciding to use this builder.
