Comments:
It's pretty obvious that the builder himself wrote his first review because it in no way reflects our experience or that of neighboring homeowners. The quaility is non existant in this home and almost every time we've asked for repairs we are told they are not covered under his warranty. We've yet to receive any calls from him or his subs on those items which can not be disputed. I'm to the point where I seriously doubt we ever will.

Very quality workmanship, and he went the extra mile even after the sale. He is quick to respond and you can always reach him within 24 hours.
