We started from the beginning on our dream home with Apex Homes and were very suprised how organized their company and their subs were. We made some changes to the plan to fit our needs and love our new home. The model was beautifully decorated and the plan was great but we needed a place for our boat. We found out that a plan had already been developed and was under construction before we signed our contract. The builder met us at that house (more than once) and we actually met his current customers there who had nothing but nice things to say about Apex. We have been in the house for about 3 months and we "definitely" love our house and the job Apex did for us. The warranty department is very kind, courteous and responsive. I am a big believer of making my own impression of someone and you can't please everyone all the time. We trusted Apex to make our dream come true and they did.

We bought our home as an inventory home and it was not completed at the time of our closing. The builder was very unprofessional after our closing and even called us names. I would never build a home from them again and would definately advise others not to as well.

We purchased our house 3 months ago and the builder has yet to come resolve issues. The builder used split boards, trim covered in pits and dents, and positioned the I beam in a fashion that doesn't leave room for a garage door opener. When we asked about openers (before we closed on the house), the builder associate said we wouldn't have a problem. Now that we have closed on the home and have realized we can't get garage door openers the builder isn't willing to correct the issue. I am very dissatisfied.
