Unbelievable!

J Squared does not build a quality home and it shows. They don't even use tyvek. As if to add insult to injury they price their homes markedly above what they are worth. All of their homes sat empty here. They then leased the homes because they couldn't sell them. Now our homeowners association won't see a dime from the renters. If J Squared is building in a neighborhood you're looking at you should run as far away as possible!
