Chadwick Representatives and Chadwick Homes

The builder's representatives were worthless. Once we closed on the contract, they were no where to be seen. They only cared about getting paid on the deal. There was an issue with the amount of money due to the builder at closing which should have been resolved back when we signed the contract, but took until after we moved in to be resolved. The representatives were not there to assist. The builder did a good job. However, it has taken way too long on the walk-thru list of items to be fixed. We moved into our house in January. Here it is almost May and we are still trying to get some of the items resolved.
