No communication at all through the whole process. Builder only met us at the homesite two times in eight months. We had to go through his secretary for anything. They actually locked us out of the house and would not let us in during the building process. He uses a warranty service. Nothing is warranted. (Driveway, foundation, Walkway,) Most problems have been due to concrete issues. All of which I have paid to have fixed. Builder would not even come over to look at problems. The warranty company, New Home Services, answers all the questions for the builder. Truly is the old "buddy system". It has been two years and I have had to pay upwards of $2000 to get things right.
