I am still dealing with major problems after living in a new home 2 years later.... missed appointments & broken promises continue to be a problem. When some repairs are addressed ... other problems occur that were NOT a problem to begin with! Many of the other new homeowners also have major construction issues. We have have complained numerous times by writing letters, sending emails and faxes. The complaints seem to fall on deaf ears. It's very stressful and time consuming to deal with the builder. The new homeowners have also complained to the realty company that sold these homes ... they are of NO help at all! It's a nightmare to live like this on a daily basis!
