sales rep was fabulous. the first constuction supervisor was re-located during our construction and the second always seemed a few steps behind.

Arbor homes building process
Arbor consentrates more on getting the house done in a timely fashion then paying attention to quality and details.

builder advertised home for 'X' amount of dollars. when they found out i was using 'down payment assistance', they added the amount of the down payment, and more, to the price of the home to cover their 'participation' in the program. also, they advertised that if i used their mortgage broker, they would pay closing costs. this was not true either, as i was charged closing costs at closing. with the addition of the 'down payment' and the closing costs added to the asking price of my home, even after they deducted my 'down payment', i was left finanacing MORE than the advertised price of my home....so in reality, there is NO DOWN PAYMENT, it should be advertised as a 'no money down' and not bump up the price of the home to the unsuspecting home buyer.
