Builder misrepresented that property/house was not in a flood zone and instead of building according to agreed to elevation specs. (to accommodate handicaped access) elevated the house approx. 4 feet above the garage slab. Rather than correcting problems or cancelling contract, Harris chose to keep our $46,400 earnest money, demand that we perform the purchase contact, completed the house over 7 months late and then took another sale contract and occupancy agreement from a buy who is now occupying the residence. Meanwhile we are still without a house or our earnest money and have been in litation with this builder since January 2004. Buyer beware!
