I have never been treated with such utter disregard and disrespect. The decision to buy a Westin home was a huge regret. The home was purchased in August, we're closing in April. Construction is poor at best. We have had terrible customer service. I have never had such a bad experience with any purchase... and this one is the largest I have ever made! $260k worth of trouble. The contractor was finally fired after we complained for 6 months that our house wasn't being built. I don't feel like our concerns are being treated seriously at all. I would never recommend Westin to anyone... EVER. I'm planning on hiring a professional inspector because I have serious safety doubts... knowing what I know now, I would have gone through another builder.
