Features I like: job built cabinets front elevation landscaping package floor plan/layout great value for the money Features I didnt like: carpet is really cheap (let's get rid of carpet in homes) painters did a horrible job (touch up work b4 closing is really noticeable) sheetrocker did a horrible job with patches (texture doesnt match) Overall: I WOULD buy another Perry Home

Don't purchase just any house, build a Perry Home!

Perry Homes provided an excellent buying experience for first time home buyers. Julie Ekhasith was outstanding, completely knowledgeable and available, providing first class customer service from start to present for a less than first class neighborhood - she treated everyone as if they were buying a million dollar home and not a $140,000 home. It was Julie's outgoing professionalism and Perry Home's reputation that ultimately made me decide to buy a Perry Home. The Perry Homes design studio also proved an excellent experience - not overwhelming and pushy like KB or lacking in options like Pulte or Plantation. I felt at ease during the whole process and walked away with a real sense of building my own home, not just a cookie cutter inventory house. I will continue to build with Perry Homes as long as I live in Texas.

Perry Homes, worth the time and money!

Professional, allowed us to wander thru the structure during construction and when an issue or concern arose, they followed thru to correct the issue w/n 2-3 days. The overall experience was good. There will be many memories that are good.
