Briarwood Homes in The Villages of Cypress Lakes
Dennis Ulanday was my sales rep at the The Villages of Cypress Lakes in Cypress (suburb of Houston). He was the nicest and most helpful sales rep I have eever ncountered. He was courteous and professional, despite my anal tendency to details and issues. In the end, I ended up deciding to buy a lower priced home due to my single income status and give up on my dream home that I had contracted with Briarwood to build (320 plan with golf course view). It was an agonizing decision, but I decided that financial responsibility was the better course. I signed the Cancellation Letter and really did not expect to receive my earnest money back. I felt sorry for Dennis because I had taken so much of his time, but he was the consummate professional and remained friendly and helpful even after my decision to cancel. In the end, the company refunded my $1k, which I thought was very big of them. I think Briarwood offers an excellent value for the money (best I have found in the area), I love the extra features you get for no extra cost that almost all other builders charge extra for. I highly recommend Briarwood and Dennis if you are looking for a home in the Cypress/290 area.
