Do not buy from Legend Home Corp.

Legend has consistently refused to repair their poor workmanship. My Berber carpet is coming up in strands and they refused to replace it. I had an independent appraiser tell me that the carpet was installed improperly. Legend Homes had no intention of replacing the defective carpet. They did not honor my home warranty. If something goes wrong you may be out of luck. Do not buy from them.

THUG CITY

This neighborhood is GHETTO! Shootings, stabbings...just a bunch of no good thugs and hood rats. If you want to be safe at night, don't move here. Legend rarely uilds in decent neighborhoods. Good rule of thumb which I had learned early on is if Legend builds in a community, it is likely full of Katrina-like thugs.

I would never guide anyone towards a Legend Home. The Construction timetable they promised wasn't nowhere near (2 months behind)..Sales Lady (Margaret Ramirez) wasn't clued in on the construction process which led to numerous unanswered questions. After we talked of our concerns in leaving this builder she lies, trying to talk about a person's financial status even though she had no clue our mortgage was waiting on the House to be finished!

Comments:

This builder also goes by the name Princeton Classic Homes which is their upper line on homes. The workmanship is shoddy they try to hide things. The mortar between our brick is now coming out in several places because there is mud stuck between the bricks. We were sold R38 insulation and they only gave us R30. The workmanship is beyond poor. Actually shoddy is a nice word for them. Too bad the largest investment is not satifaction guaranteed. We would have returned it when everything started falling apart and the builder started avoiding us.
