Comments:
Had MAJOR PROBLEMS with the house in preconstruction. Tried to address issues with Co. but always problems. If anyone needs pictures please let me know!!!! I would not take a house for free from them!!!!!!! Don't do it!!!!!!

Comments:
So far, we have not encountered any serious issues with our home. The on-site sales person was a very difficult individual to deal with. If we had not had our hearts set on this particular home, we would not have dealt with their saleswoman.
