I have always read the incredible stories about the Design and Customer service provided by David Weekley Homes, and have now determined it all to be true. The Professionalism and attention to detailed is exactly what you need when dealing with the purchase of a home. The entire team including Sales Consultant, Builder, and Warranty Rep worked together and kept me informed on every aspect of my home. If you are looking for great service and a spectacular home I definitly would recommend you buy a David Weekley Home.

The builder and salesperson called us every week to update progress on our home. They also posted pictures to our web site, we still look at them. Finally, they gave us a book to keep everything in, we still refer to it and I believe it will be a valualble asset when we sell this home and build another David Weekley Home.

Great builder and Sales Consultant. Contacted us every week to make sure every question we had was answered. With all of the rain and the lack of power in the community, David Weekley still delivered the home on time. Beautiful home and floorplan, we love it. What a great experience!

We closed on our David Weekley Home awhile back and we absolutely love The Woodlands and our David Weekley Home! The Sales Consultant and Builder did a great job of keeping us informed (they called us every week and updated us!). They also have a buyer website that we were able to see pictures of our home while it was under construction, which was really great because we could let our family see the progress of our home. We have built several homes and this was the first time a home was completed on time. We were very impressed with their professionalism and ethics! Thanks David Weekley Homes for a great experience! We LOVE our David Weekley Home!

Dont change your mind too late in the process...

The only time when a problem occured was when I wanted to change the layout of the flooring tile, and the Builder was not very cooperative. They did not want to delay the house, even thought they were ahead of schedule. It seemed that their Project Manager grades were more important to them than satisfying the customer. The tile had not even been delivered or installed at the time that I wanted to change the layout of it, but, they did not want to even consider holding up the process even though I would be ok with the delay. All they cared about was that they were going to get graded badly on weekly progress reports.
