When we signed to have our home built we were told they would start in May of 2005. They put us off and didn't start until August 05. Our sales rep didn't stay in contact with us and he disclosed the wrong amount for taxes. He told us $4,500 and at closing it was $6,500. We were told that we would have a walk out at ground level basement but it turned out they were wrong and we ended up with a walk-out with stairs. They did compensate us by upgrading all of our applinances to stainless steal. After closing they were good with coming to fix the minor things that went wrong but when it was time for the 1 year warranty to expire they never showed up to fix any of the things that we had on our list and they still haven't come. Also we have yet to have our home owner's association turned over to us because our streets have not been turned over to the township because they are not up to code. The list go on...
