Very unhappy with S&K Builders.......

We were treated like a number through out the building process. We were unhappy with a few items dealing with the lot and landscaping/drainage before we closed. We were promised these items would be taken care of and that we should not have any problems. Now that the items are becoming problems we are being told that it's not part of our warranty and we were never told that. Even on the items that are covered under warranty it has been a fight to get them fixed correctly. I love the floorplan of our house and the community we live in, but I would never build with S&K ever again.
