There was a lack of communication and concern from the builder when it came to addressing any issues that were brought to the attention of the site supervisor during the building process. It felt like the biggest concern for Poinsett was selling more houses rather than slowing down and doing a quality job as promised in the beginning. While we own a nice home it isn't built to the standards of what you pay for. If you are considering buying a home from Poinsett please pay close attention during all aspects of the building process and do not close until ALL problems have been fixed. It has been my experience with Poinsett after closing to drag their feet or not fix problems that were not addressed. BUYER BEWARE!!!
