Smart Custom Homes of Green Bay WI - Not So Smart Choice
They were excellent sales people but all talk. After closing, they hardly return calls if at all. They have no accountability for their work and kept on blaming everyone else for any delays. It takes them forever to acknowledge calls for repairs that were within the one year warranty. After one year, they just left us with unfinished repairs that were reported months and months earlier (within the 1 year warranty period). We had to leave several messages and then some to get a response if any. We have lived in several homes prior to this one and we've never experienced so much electrical and mechanical malfunctions like we have now (e.g. light switches just stop working, door locks jamming, etc...). Very unacceptable for a brand new house in an upscale neighborhood. These builder is not professional at all and we would never recommend them to anyone. We're embarrassed by this whole experience. They built our neighbors' home as well and they have told us how unhappy they are of the "after closing" level of service as well.
