Completing small issues

The salesman on the West side of the State is great. The head quarters of the company is located on the east side of Michigan -- here is where my problem is. The east side doesn't follow threw with resolving issues. I have been waiting for window screens on some of my windows since close in December. When they finally responded, they sent the wrong color and sizes. This isn't a hugh issue but I need my screens to open the windows. I still don't have the right ones. Little issues like this make you lose faith in a company.
