Builder Upgrades
Since the homes were villas - there was little room for upgrades. My biggest complaint was there was no choice on appliances -- limited options on counter type or color -- or choice of the plants outside your home. There are several combinations of plants & trees in this area - but, as the homeowner, you had no input in their selection
