found this builder hard to work with at the Sr leval, lower leval people were great. watch out on upgrades , my feelings were that upgrades were way overpriced. have spent over one year trying to get leaking windows fixed , still waiting. they do a good job on paint touch up, but anything major ,watch out. i would not build with them again.
