Some things have been quite a struggle to get done, as far as cutting corners on construction have been concerned. I would recommend this builder for the excellent energy effiency of the homes. Also, at least the front yard landscaping should be included....this is pretty norm for new developments. We had to put in our own irrigation system and complete front and back landscaping, including the common area strip.
