Never buy a Hayden Home!

I disliked everything about this purchase. They cut every corner that was possible to cut, and used the cheapest products and charged like everything was top of the line. This was the worst purchase I ever made. They also take forever to complete warranty work, and do an aweful job. They are so careless and act like the homeowners don't matter.

I have many (20+) warranty issues that this builder has not fixed after closing. It has been three months after I closed. The builder's representatives state that they will fix the issues I have identified, but they have not yet taken satisfactory action. Finish grade landscaping is absolutely horrible. huge drainage problems. My overall experience with this builder has been that the management does not care, and the workers try to get away with whatever they can.
