BEWARE of this builder

We have filed suit against this builder for water damage due to a leaking roof in the first year. Builder refused to fix. We also had issues with plumbing and electric, all of which we have paid for out of pocket because the builder would not answer calls. If you use this builder, PLEASE be careful. Keep all paperwork and ask many questions. Double check his work evey step of the way. From one home owner to another, PLEASE protect yourself. If you hire Duane Dorney, Dorney Custom Homes or Dorney Construction (He uses many different names) I hope he does better work for you than he did for us.
