Comments:
I'd Do It Again, But...
I love the house overall, and it's beautiful. But the builder was a bit sloppy in some of the details, and tried to back out of fixing them. (Pieces of vinyl siding came off, Septic was not running properly, the trim was sloppy) The reps, were overworked and unorganized, but did manage to get us over some financing challenges. I would do it again, and recommend them to anyone in the same spot. But I would warn them not to get in a hurry, and to do a careful inspection.
