I will not buy from Poinsett again. Poor workmanship and no attention to details. Although I live in a "gated community", the builder never completed the fence surrounding the neighborhood and failed to landscape the common grounds as originally stated by their sales agents. Specific examples: my sunroom hardwood floor was replaced twice due to water damage coming from under door, hardwood floor in powder room replaced twice due to water damage from leaking toilet(toilet replaced after 2nd episode), nails popping out from ceilings and walls throughout house, walls/ceilings/floor moldings are cracking in various areas. Who wants to experience this while paying $164,000 mortgage ?
