Beware the sales staff

The salesmen were below average. If we didn't love the property and the design of our condo (and the price), we would have gone somewhere else. We had put a deposit down on a "spec" home, which the one salesman took, only to be informed by the other that we lost the home because we didn't have a pre-approved mortgage yet. It was very close to bait and switch and very disappointing. However, the staff has been great.
