I was very satisfied with our new home. Our salesperson was extremely courteous and proffesional. He gave us very good attention in the begining and everytim we came in with questions about our new home. The construction staff also walked us through every step of the process and met us at the house anytime we wanted to talk. We built our last home with another national builder 6 years ago and everything was a disaster. This process was truly the way it should be when making such a large investment. When we moved in the delivered a basket and the construction staff gave us a personal demonstration of the home and a nice gift to help us move in as a token of thier appreciation. They also have made 3 visits to the home to make sure that everything was working well and always came the that day if there was a problem to fix. I would definately buy from Pulte again.

I purchased a pulte home early this year and I am extremely unsatisfied when it comes to their meeting deadlines. They had promised us that our basement will be dug in August'05 but as of now our basement hasn't been dug. Three times, they've scheduled our tentaitive digging date but so far I have not seen any results... extremely unhappy with their progress..
