Comments:
Immediately we had major flooding through our upstairs that went right through the floors down to the garage. This happened twice. We nagged to get the carpet replaced because it had shrunk due to the flooding. We also had leaks in the kitchen as well as the same bathroom with the toilet. Our home still isn't complete. We've been in the home almost a year, contacted the builder many, many times and our back yard still isn't grated, in the front yard our tree still leans and we have a sink hole. Beazer contractors pass our house every day because the construction trailer is nearby and still we call, sit, and wait. We recommend one looks to a different home builder who takes complaints seriously.

Comments:
Beazer is not up front about their HOA's they setup, They are FOR EVER! Do not belive them, they lie! Their workman ship is mostly poor. They even had people smoking pot in my house before it was completed, I mentioned this to beazer but no one seemed to care. If you are the type that really cares about quality, I'd skip beazer!
