Watch out for supervisors but company will stand by their homes.
The sales representative was great, friendly and on top of things. The supervisor for the actual building was not very good. He was difficult to talk to gor angry when we questioned him and made several ridiculous errors. For example he bought a used door to replace one with the wrong hinge and then drilled new holes for the door knob etc. We were given a second supervisor and the two did not communicate well. We had to go to the main office and get things corrected because the supervisors were not addressing our concerns from cracked foundation to uneven front porch with different spindles.

forgets about you after closing, constantly calling, warranty up and still waiting for a few things to be fixed from the beginning
