Comments:
The customer service division is very poor, call backs never happened. The supervisor of the building was very good and communicated with us often. The landscaping; grass, plantings and watering system leave a lot to be desired, bad, bad, bad.

Two important issues: (1) The first 2 Pulte reps were not responsive to my requests for service and we were not happy; they both quit. Finally, the third rep they hired was wonderful and responded to our requests quickly and thoroughly. Thus, my answers to the previous questions are largely based on our experience with the third rep. (2) Our neighborhood had a major sod problem with the quality of sod originally provided by Pulte's subcontractor. After considerable complaints, they finally went home by home and solved/replaced the poor sod that was originally provided.
