DONT BUY.......SH*T WITH A CHERRY ON TOP IS NOT A SUNDAE....IT IS STILL SH*T
STAY AWAY... I ignored all warnings because of the price!!!!! They basement foundation is cracked, the window leaks, My yard is not landscaped yet. WARRANTY????? DO NOT SIGN OR CLOSE YOU WILL NEVER SEE THEM AGAIN! Do me a favor....knock on any random Lennar and ask them before you spend the 3-400k...... They will dazzle you with Granite countertops and hard wood...... go walk through during framing.....BTW.....Meridian Ranch is Beautiful..... and there are plenty of quality homes......NOT LENNAR......Mine is for sale.......would you like to buy my lovely home?????

This was the worst home buying/building experience I have ever had. I strongly recommend that no one buy a home from them.
