I found the overall experience to be excellent. From the very first day I walked into the sales office I was treated as if they have known me for years. After we moved in they quickly fixed any problem. In fact once a few months after living in my new home I had a door that would stick. So one day I saw a pulte worker and told him about it and that it wasn't that big of a deal and that I just wanted fixed eventually. Well to my suprise he went and got some tools and was back within minutes and fixed my door with a friendly smile. To me it's the little things that count. I would definately by a Pulte home again.

We love our Pulte Home! The sales professionals are extremely helpful & knowledgeable. The quality is far superior than other builders we have seen. You get a lot of value for the money.

Trying to get them to fix things is impossible. The will stall, lie, try to fix it with caulk, and then say it is not their problem. Their warranty is basic useless since they do not honor it.

House completed too early, wish they had taken more time and done a better job. Kept pressuring us to close earlier than we planned due to early completion. Many small problems, fortunately nothing major. Foundation kept cracking and leaking (Pulte eventually fixed). Stain on concrete porch, I pointed it out at walk thru, pointed it out at 3 month and 11 month inspections. Because Pulte never wrote it down, they blamed me and wouldn't fix. Hundreds of nails sticking thru in garage from siding. I had to fix. Poor trim job, I could have done better. Pulte seems to think caulk fixes everything, it doesn't. One window wouldn't open, they swapped it with the house down the street (now someone else is "stuck" with it). Duct work done by an amature, many problems with furnace, basement floor concrete screwed up (they sanded to level) The list goes on and on. Service would never return my calls. I would never buy Pulte again. This was my fourth house and second new house. My 7 year old house I moved out of was in better shape after 7 years than this house was brand new.
