Soundbuilt? Haaaa, more like quick bulid and sell so we can move on to the next project.
1. After signing paperwork on a home in the community, found out that the home had already been sold to another family 2. it took over a year to fix problems from 1st home insepection. 3. Upstair floor creek way too much and subflooring is already loose. This is from owning the home for 4 years in which 2 years of the home being unoccupied due to military deployment. 4. they take too long to respond to any problems and problems are on going. 5. Quality sucks.

Soundbuilt - NOT THE SOUND CHOICE!!!!
Soundbuilt is a shady company that builds terrible quality homes. They never return phone calls, are second in most BBB complaints, and you have to call them everday if you want things fixed. They don't communicate with each other and their reps all have different info regarding your file so the ball is always dropped. What you have to do is threaten them to get any of your one year work done and trust me you will have a lot, because these homes are not sound structures. Our family will never purchase a Soundbuilt home due to the horrible workmanship, customer service, and the shady things that Soundbuilt trys to slip by (like saying screens weren't including in our house so I had to dig out our contract that they also have a copy of and prove it). If you buy a Soundbuilt home, you better do multiple walk throughs, be there everyday during the building process (although they tell you, you can't w/out them or your realator present), don't use one of their on sight realtors, and just be prepared to have many many many repairs. I don't know how this company has stayed in business. Our family and friends tell everyone "They are NOT the sound choice" as their motto states. It should read " BUY A FIXER UPPER, BUY A NEW Soundbuilt Home!"
