Very poor construction, took 2 years to work out issues after occupancy, carpet installation poor, basement leaked, floors wobble, tilework inferior, shower leaked, wallboard finish uneven throughout, air conditioning leaked damage ceiling, toilets don't flush, would not provide plans, would patch errors and breakage instead of replace item, would not provide anything in writing, had to threaten to call lawyer many times to get work done, did not know common building standards, grading poor, brick cracking, walls cracking, electrical design inferior, lights dim when TV turned on, for example, overprice upgrade items, totally bad experience and nightmare, stay away, avoid this builder at all costs, pass the word to your friends in Southern Maryland... this is only the short list of issues, I have pages of documentation over three years.
