This house was the worst construction I have ever seen. The windows in the house were never sealed and leaked badly. The entire front of the house had to be redone and it still leaked afterward. The builder refused to reimburse fees for mold inspection. They have treated us like we don't matter.Will not return any phone calls, we were told that he does not talk to customers. Real nice!

The house is a mess. We have had 11 plumbing leaks in 4 months. It took over 6 months to have items repaired! We discovered after closing that the house was subject to flooding. According to an agreement between the town and Gemcraft we should have been told before we signed. When I called them about it after we were under water thier reply was " Well, What do you want us to do about it?" They are refusing to correct the problems we have unless we go to arbitration!
