Anyone reading this please be careful if you deal with Joey Carter in any of his newly formed corporations. He forms new corps. when he can't get loans from the banks and suppliers anymore. He does not warranty his homes and uses the cheapest labor he can find. We have a new home just built with a roof that is totaly defective. It is going to cost us close to $14K to put a new roof on. We notified him of the defect just 3 months after moving in with his so called 1yr builders warranty, he never even came out. He has several clients in our neighborhood who have serious problems caused by his shotty workmanship and he will not fix this. He had mulitiple leins on the property when we closed. This guy is a loser and will burn you. Please run do not walk from this crook. Make sure you ask who the builder is if you buy in the Graham and Mebane area. He has built several houses in Coble Estates on Stanton Ct. and Mattie Florence Dr. I also here he is now building in Challenge Golf Course in Mebane.
