Chestnut Ridge Townhomes--Beware!!

The builder and the builder's sales person are not helpful at all in the buying process and have no guarantee's on anything. Certain features of the home may not be completed correctly and there is no communication about issues concering such features. Everything is nice in the beginning, but everything in between is horrible! Stay away from this builder!!
