Comments:
I haven't met anyone in my subdivision that has had a positive experience with Concord Homes. Workmanship is very poor; sub-flooring system was not installed properly resulting in wavey floors; numerous unfinished repairs; foundation problems; advised all levels of management with no resolve; misleading sales presentation; warranty useless; no need to mention the other problems...
