Adirondack Development Corp is far from being a quality builder. The layout of our develoment is just awful. There was obviously no thought put into how the homes should be place Adirondack dragged their feet in alot of areas pertaining to contractual items. They had several building code violations. They did not hire topnotch contractors. The workmanship as a whole was shoddy. Several homeowners in our development had to fight with Adirondack to get contractual items finished or repaired/replaced. We did not get the luxurious landscaping they promised. Our driveways and roads are not up to code. I would not recommend them as a quality builder. They are not easy to deal with.
