rosewood is the worst builder in the area. no follow through. received damaged items. will not replace. the project manager pretty much told us oh well deal with it. I would not recommend them to ANYONE

Be careful to sign contract with Rosewoodhomebuilders.
I would say the builders sale agent is the worst one I have ever seen. She is so greedy and so mean to all signed clients.
