ws homes slacked off after they started the house.....

well let me tell you, ws homes started off really outstanding, the sales staff, designers, the model homes.... then during the process the builder started slacking off big time and then when they were almost done with the house things went really sloooooow... and now that the house is completed and we still are having some issues and no one has gotten back in contact with us for about 6 months. if we don't keep hounding them , then won't do anything, b but before our 1 year warranty is up, everything will get done.
