We've had two great experiences with Northway Builders. We would recommend them to anyone. Look at the competition and you won't believe how much better Northway is!!!

Northway built my house 2 years ago. They still haven't come back to fix the problems we have had. I would call them a take your money and run company. They also lied to us about the house that was being built next to us. said it was being built much further from where it was actually built. I would tell people to never do business with Northway! NEVER!

Enough already. Northway Builders are disreputable, inept bullies. They overcharge, mislead and deceive in order to procure money that is not theirs and deliver an inferior product. There isn't enough time in the day to list all of the "Egregious" acts by this builder. That said, Northway has been sued 7 times, in Rockingham county alone, in the last three years - that is not the track record of a reputable entity and/or its owners. These positive reviews carry no weight with us. RUN FROM THIS BUILDER!!

Our home was built with quality through and through. It was stressful but overall a very enjoyable process!

Issues ranged from Northway not installing telephone lines to my house, even though the contract included "all overhead utilities from road to house" (they said telephone wasn't a utility), to digging the foundation with the garage entrance on the wrong side of the house. After 2.5 years, Northway conceeded during trial that I did not owe them approximately $8K of the $9K they dragged me into court for, but of course I was out enormous legal fees. I curse the day I met them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

These guys are great. I can't for the life of me think of why someone could say anything bad about these guys. First off, they finished my house on time and I can't complain about the job. The workers are nice and courteous, and from my standpoint, quite knowledgeable in what they were doing. I recommend Northway Builders to anyone in this are. Thank you guys for such a GREAT job!!

They miscalculate costs and you have to catch them or you overpay on items They don't finish punch lists They never return calls They cut costs at your expense when they under budget They force you to litigation before they address any problems They will tell you anything to sell you the house They don't care about the customer at all, all they want is your money and then they are gone!
