Ignore the previous post, definitely build with Hill Built Homes.
The previous post was done by a self-proclaimed professional extortionist. "Steve", his internet name, used our poor housing market to take advantage of a new builder. After demanding numerous changes (upgrades) be made to his beautiful house for free (some of which was done in order to keep the customer happy) Steve demanded money back. This is extremely unfortunate as Hill Built Homes is truly an exceptional builder but without much press. In their first year they took the grand prize for the Treasure Valley Parade of Homes and the next year took EVERY top award the Parade of Homes offered. Quite an accomplishment for a builder so new to the scene. I hope you don't take my word though. He's posted pictures of nearly every home he's built on his website. Look for yourself. http://www.hillbuilthomes.com Ask any one of his previous clients, they will tell you what an awesome experience it is to work with him. Do your research...but lets also show we wont tolerate a scammer that posts defamatory rumors.

Stay Away From Hill Built Homes
We built with Hill Built Homes owned by Mr. Keith Hill and regret ever doing so. As for his web site Our Commitment to You. We were never smiling during our building process, it took seven months to build our house due to his design errors, lack of attention to details to our project, lack of communication with us during the building process, and the extra finanical costs to us because he under bid the project by 10% or more. He did have some excellent subcontractors. If his measure of success is by referrals I would definitely not refer Hill Built Homes to anyone. Instead of owning our dream home, we're living with an emotional and finanical nightmare Mr. Hill left us. Personally I believe he uses his parade homes as a bait and switch tactic.
